Is it worthwhile for me to try and get back the old mini calendar we used to have on the front page that showed the month and then the icons on game day? I miss it, but it could be a huge time sink trying to get a new one developed. Any opinions?
I could also remove the month calendar view and just replace it with a more readable list. The problem with that is you don't get the feel for the rhythm of the schedule.

Thanks for the offer Scott.
IMO, with Peppy doing his wallpapers you wouldn't have to go to the trouble. That's not to say I wouldn't appreciate your efforts though.

Interesting thought. Maybe I can post the calendar view part on the background image (on the ice)?

I do like the calendar, but it's fine without the logo images (which is how it appears for me right now).

I think I got lucky and found a plug-in that almost does what I need it to - or at last close enough. Look at the front page and scroll to the end of the right sidebar.

Nice, but there are a lot of afternoon games this year, is there any way we can denote the non-standard start times on the calendar?

Speaking of calendars, there's a public Sabres one for Google calendar. Shows up in my browser (www.google.com/calendar) and on my Android phone with the games and times.

well, blue/yellow denote home/away. It could be changed to reflect time.
then again, I'll probably have the next 2 games listed right below it in text like it is now.

Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but there's something funky with the game times listed below the calendar... the times listed ON the calendar appear to be correct, but in the text of the next three games under the calendar with logos the start times are off (5:09pm, 5:10pm, and 5:11pm).
