Something interesting- three goalies played today on back-to-back.... Brzygalov, Lundqvist and Smith. All three got destroyed, and Lundqvist got pulled. Goalies on back to back nights so far this season are 0-3-0.
Just something to watch for.

That being said, tonight we are the the team coming off of the back-to-back. Here's to hoping the team wants to end any negative thoughts we have all had about our back-to-back performances of the past. If this team's mission is "we have something to prove," I hope they do so genuinely all year. I can see them coming out strong, getting a lead, and then sitting back. I can also see them coming out flat and never recover from that. I am hoping their new vision is playing a consistent game for the full sixty and coming out on top.
Hoping for the best. I am also hoping Miller's distaste for the Leafs shines through. 3-2 Buffalo. Goals by CoHo, Ennis, and Pominville.

Vanek has one point, an assist, in his last 3 games in Toronto.

The Sabres used to own the ACC. I think their names were actually on the lease.

The Sunday afternoon-Monday evening back to back games with a just a short trip from Buffalo to Toronto should mean a lessened impact from any potential fatigue factor.
Let's Go Buffalo!!!

I say Scott is in the lineup again, unless Leino plays.
Maybe Weber plays instead of Leopold, but probably not.
A second win ... 3 - 1.
Grigorenko scores a beaut of a first NHL goal.
And my most fearless prediction ... since the game is not on NBC, Mike Milbury will not be propositioned by either BufffaloSoldier, or Bio ...

I just hope the Sabres team from the 1st and 3rd of Game 1 shows up and sends the starting goaltender packing. I'd love to see it 4-0 before the TO crowd knows what hit'em.

Jeanneret will miss second straight game with illness; Sylvester to do Sabres' play-by-play http://bit.ly/10hgCAA
Not a fan of Sylvester on play by play. Hamilton would be a much better choice.
Scrivens is 1-0-1 with 4.39, .883 in two games vs. Sabres. MT

I can see your POV for dropping DTV if you couldn't get the 411 on the NHL.
