Anybody see this yet? It's a Sabres.com exclusive series look inside the scenes of the Buffalo Sabres. It's pretty short, but it's really cool. Kinda a 24-7 type series that focuses on all things Sabres, from the draft combine, to the draft, to the developmental camp and so on. They released the first episode tonight-

thxs for posting, I am loving it.

I am still in shock about Grigorenko falling to us and it sounds like they had him pegged as perhaps their top guy from the start.

I love it.  I love hockey.  I don't know why, but the behind-the-scenes stuff always seems a little more genuine in hockey...at least with the Sabres.  Is that the fan in me talking?  I love that Pegula is right there when the Sabres are doing things.

Wow. This is the kind of behind the scenes thing I've been dying for since I was a kid. I hope they continue to build on this, because it could be a beautiful thing.

When you watch stuff like this, you really get the sense that the Sabres are trying to change their culture and build a winning franchise, year in, year out.  I wish the Bills could work as hard to change culture not just coaches...

I'm curious, how do we know they haven't been doing this all along and this is just the first glimpse that we're getting?

Really cool, wondering if Lindy does the same with the Pros next year... I think its a great bounding experience for a team especially with new guys joining.

Bought Gamecenter Live last night and was pleasantly surprised to find these on there.  Also tons of interviews.  Definitely a perk over getting Center Ice.

Pretty cool thing to note from the latest episode. McNabb says each player gets their own IPad on the team, so they can watch videos of how they played.

Watching the last two episodes shows me that the sabres are changing the culture of this organization. between the team building exercises with seals and iPads to all prospects I am very optimistic about the future sabres. Thou watching ep4 has made me even less impressed with rolston as coach

Agreed on both points.
Rolston has the presence of an assistant municipal clerk.

It's hard not to when a fellow fan says one of the best things about this season is a marketing video.

It really isn't that hard not to infect every other thread with your misery.  You know which ones are appropriate targets and which ones aren't.  Let the rest of us enjoy the board.
