He's brutal at anything he ever has done. Not sure why NHL Network ever bought him from ESPN. As great as the tournament was, and i can proudly say I watched every USA game live, it would of been better if they had put ANYONE else there.

That was my first long-term exposure to him...i usually see him at draft time and hadn't developed an opinion, but man watching that semi final i felt like kicking his ass every time he opened his mouth...
By the way props for watching the home team live every time!!

I love EJ Hradek. Probably stems from 3-4 years ago when I used to watch NHL Live w/ him and Don LaGreca every week day -- I hated him at first, but he grew on me a lot during the year or two I watched their show. He's not any better or worse than other hockey media personalities out there. He actually offers up pretty honest opinions on a lot of things, I didn't sense all that much homerism from him in the tournament but perhaps that's just my own homerism agreeing with his.
